Dream Allies is led by Laketa Alexander — PMP certified, the gold standard credential in project management, with over ten years of experience. She has worked in PMOs at Booking.com and National Debt Relief, managed events for Muskegon Young Black Professionals, supported Shannon Cohen, Inc., and currently consults at Public Health Muskegon County.
Her advantage is bringing deep project management expertise into any industry. She does not need to be a subject matter expert in your field to deliver results. She asks the right questions, builds trust fast, and turns complex problems into executable plans.
